By submitting a manuscript to EIEM, authors confirm that the submitted work is original and that they have the necessary rights to publish the manuscript and any accompanying materials.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts do not infringe the copyright, intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any third party.

Authors also grant Eduistiqomah in Islamic Education Management (EIEM) the right of first publication and the right to publish, disseminate, archive, and make the article publicly available through the journal's online platform.

The journal does not claim ownership of the intellectual property rights of the published work beyond the rights necessary for publication, dissemination, and preservation.

The publisher, CV. Gerasi Insan Nusantara, is responsible for the publication, dissemination, and preservation of the journal's content.
