Eduistiqomah in Islamic Education Management (EIEM) is a peer-reviewed scholarly journal focusing on research, theory, and practice in Islamic Education Management. The journal provides a scholarly forum for researchers, academics, practitioners, and policymakers to disseminate and discuss original research and critical perspectives on the management and development of Islamic educational institutions. EIEM covers a broad range of topics, including educational leadership and management, strategic management, institutional governance, educational planning and policy, human resource management, curriculum management, quality assurance, educational financing, organizational development, digital transformation, educational innovation, and the management of Islamic educational institutions such as madrasahs, pesantren, Islamic schools, and Islamic higher education institutions. The journal welcomes rigorous empirical and conceptual studies using qualitative, quantitative, mixed-methods, comparative, case study, systematic literature review, bibliometric, and other appropriate research approaches. EIEM seeks to contribute to the development of Islamic Education Management by promoting theoretically sound, methodologically rigorous, and practically relevant scholarship.
