Copyright Notice and Licensing

Copyright of the articles published in Eduistiqomah in Law (EIL) is retained by the authors. Authors grant Eduistiqomah in Law (EIL) the right of first publication and the non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, and make the published article available electronically through the journal's website and other academic dissemination platforms.

All articles published by Eduistiqomah in Law are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). This license permits others to share, copy, redistribute, adapt, remix, transform, and build upon the published work for any purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s), a link to the license is provided, and any changes made to the original work are clearly indicated.

Authors retain the copyright and full publishing rights to their work while granting the journal the necessary publishing and distribution rights. The publication of an article in EIL does not constitute a transfer of copyright ownership from the author(s) to the journal or publisher.

Users of articles published in EIL are required to provide appropriate attribution by acknowledging the author(s), article title, journal title, publication year, volume and issue, and the article's DOI or permanent link where available.

The journal permits authors to share and deposit their published articles in institutional repositories, subject repositories, personal academic websites, and other appropriate scholarly platforms, provided that the original publication in Eduistiqomah in Law (EIL) is properly acknowledged and the appropriate citation and licensing information are retained.
