Eduistiqomah in Law (EIL) provides immediate open access to all published articles, making the research freely available to the public without subscription or access fees.

The journal believes that open access to scholarly research supports the dissemination of knowledge, encourages academic collaboration, and increases the visibility and impact of published research.

All published articles are available online free of charge and may be read, downloaded, shared, and reused in accordance with the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Users are permitted to copy, distribute, adapt, and reuse published articles provided that appropriate credit is given to the original author(s), the source is properly cited, and any changes to the original work are clearly indicated.

There are no subscription fees or access charges for readers.
