Plagiarism Screening

All submitted manuscripts to Eduistiqomah in Law (EIL) are checked for plagiarism using plagiarism detection software.

The maximum similarity score allowed is 20%. Manuscripts with a similarity score above 20% will be returned to the authors for revision.

The editorial team will review the similarity report to distinguish acceptable similarities, such as quotations, references, legal terms, and commonly used expressions, from inappropriate textual overlap.

Manuscripts that contain plagiarism or other forms of academic misconduct may be rejected in accordance with the journal's publication ethics policy.
