The maximum acceptable similarity index is 20%. Manuscripts with a similarity index above 20% may be returned to the authors for revision or rejected, depending on the nature and extent of the similarities identified.

The similarity score is assessed together with the context of the matched text. Properly cited quotations, references, commonly used terminology, and other legitimate similarities may contribute to the overall similarity index and are considered during editorial assessment.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts are original and that all sources, quotations, ideas, data, and previously published materials are properly acknowledged.

Eduistiqomah in Management (EIM) reserves the right to reject manuscripts or take appropriate action if plagiarism, substantial unattributed copying, duplicate publication, or other forms of academic misconduct are identified.
