Copyright Notice

Authors who publish with Eduistiqomah in Mathematics Education (EIME) retain the copyright of their published work.

By submitting a manuscript to EIME, authors confirm that the manuscript is their original work, has not been published elsewhere, and does not infringe upon the copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

Authors grant Eduistiqomah in Mathematics Education (EIME) and its publisher, CV. Gerasi Insan Nusantara, the right of first publication and the non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, display, and make the article publicly available in electronic form as part of the journal's scholarly publishing activities.

Copyright remains with the authors, while the journal retains the right to identify the article as part of the official scholarly record of EIME.

Licensing

All articles published by Eduistiqomah in Mathematics Education (EIME) are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

Under the CC BY 4.0 license, readers and other users are permitted to:

  • Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format.
  • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial purposes.

The following conditions apply:

  • Attribution — appropriate credit must be given to the original author(s) and EIME as the publishing journal.

Author Rights

Authors retain the following rights:

Third-Party Material

Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted material owned by third parties, including images, tables, figures, instruments, datasets, or other materials that are not covered by the article's CC BY 4.0 license.

Where third-party materials are included in an article, authors must clearly identify the applicable copyright holder and licensing conditions.

Attribution

When an article published by EIME is reused, adapted, or redistributed, users should provide appropriate attribution including, where applicable:

  • Author(s) name(s);
  • Article title;
  • Eduistiqomah in Mathematics Education (EIME) as the journal;
  • Publication year;
  • Volume and issue;
  • DOI or persistent identifier, if available; and
  • A link to the CC BY 4.0 license.

Publisher Rights

The publisher, CV. Gerasi Insan Nusantara, retains the right to publish and preserve the official version of the article as part of the journal's permanent scholarly record.

The publisher does not claim ownership of the authors' copyright. The publisher's rights are limited to those necessary to publish, preserve, disseminate, and maintain the integrity of the journal's scholarly content.

Open Access and Copyright

EIME supports immediate open access to all published articles. Readers can access, read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, and link to the full texts of articles without subscription or access fees, subject to the terms of the CC BY 4.0 license.

This policy is intended to support the broad dissemination, accessibility, reuse, and long-term impact of research in mathematics education.
